Title: Effect analysis of performance management in infusion room nursing
Abstract: Objective To discuss the application effect and experience of performance management mode in the infusion room nursing.Methods 220 copies of patient satisfaction questionnaire in our hospital were randomly selected fore-and-aft performance appraisal management respectively.The patient satisfactions and transfusion waiting times were compared.Results After performance management,the total satisfaction of patients was 91.4%,which was higher than pro performance management(P0.05).The waiting time of transfusion was also shorter(20.5±4.8min vs.43.3±10.6)(P0.05).Conclusions The performance management in infusion room nursing can significantly increase the positivity,active service awareness of nurse and satisfaction of patients,shorten transfusion waiting time.It is worth generalization.
