Title: Perioperative Management of Acute Cervical Spinal Cord Injury
Abstract: Objective: To explore the periopeative management of acute cervical spinal cord injury,the results can be useful for reducing the risk of operation and improving frunctional recovery of cervical spinal cord.Method:50 patients were analyzed respectively in the hospital from 1989 to 1999.Result:Before and after operation,96.4% of the patients had complication.The mortality is zero during operation.According to Frinkle'criteria,86.95% of the patients achieved good and excellent results.Conclusion:The ocndition of patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury is complicated.The complication should be treated actively before operation and time of operation should be controlled strictly as soon as possible.
