Title: Application of Detection Urine Minimum Albumin in the Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy and Hypertension Nephropathy
Abstract: Objective To study the relation between urine-micro-albumin(UMA) and diabetes nephritis(DN) as well as hypertension nephritis. Methods The volunteers were divided into 4 groups:Diatetes without complication;Diatetes nephritis with normal blood tension;Diatetes nephritis with hypertension;Hypertension.UMA,blood BUN,and content of Cr were tested. Results For DN and hypertension nephritis patients, the content of UMA and its active rate increased significantly, which was related to the course(r=0.436-0.663),the longer the course is,the more significant it is(P0.05-P0.001,r=0.415-0.832),and there is no significance between 2 sexes(P0.05);content of UMA and its active rate increase as blood pressure increases.;content of Cr and BUN as well as its active rate increase for groups with DN,which reflects that the senceptibility for DN and hypertension nephritis is UMACrBUN.Conclusion testing of UMA is valuable for pre-estimate of DM and early kidney injury for hypertension patients, and its monitoring is helpful for early diagnosis of DN and hypertension nephritis.
