Title: Influence of soluble dietary fiber level in rice bran with different extrusion factors
Abstract: Base on orthogonal experiment,the relationships between soluble dietary fiber level and extrusion factors were studied. The optimal level of soluble dietary fiber was 7.67%, when the rice bran with moisture content of 15% was extrusion using a thermocouple with being adjusted at 110℃ and screw-speed 90r/min.
