Title: Study on Species Diversity of Land Seashell in Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve
Abstract: Species diversity of land seashell in Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve was studied in this paper. Results showed that the work was undertaken in 14 different habitats of 3 districts, that were,Sangang,Pikeng and Guadun.6903 specimens were collected in total of 140 sites, and 60 species belonging to 2 subclasses,4 orders,18 families, and 34 genera were recognized, including 1 new species(Sinoennea pupoidea sp.nov.),2 new record species in China and 33 new record species in Fujian. Most of species belonged to the Oriental realm and a few species belonged to the Palaearctic realm in the natural reserve. The fauna of land seashell in Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve was quite abundant including Central China district,Southern China district,South-Western district,North-Eastern district,Northern China district and some other widespread species. The results of diversity analysis showed that forest habitat, especially in Sangang had the most abundant diversity considering species, genera and family compared with other habitats. On the contrary, the habitats of the village and farmland hold the lowest species diversity.Species composition and quantity of shrubs, bamboo and tea habitat were in the middle.Richness index(dMA),Shannon-Wiener index(H′),evenness index(Jsw) and simplicity index(P) were computed for the 14 habitats. The results indicated that the change of richness index(dMA) was accordant with Shannon-Wiener index(H′),which both had the highest value in forest habitats and lowest value in village and farmland habitats.Evenness index(Jsw) had no obviously difference from all the habitats because of its special characteristic.Simplicity index(P) generally showed opposite value from Shannon-Wiener index(H′),both reflected the same result.
