Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the Pulmonary surfactant on the rat with Hyperoxic Lung Injury.Methods The rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: Hyperoxia group,PS group and normal air group;Th...Objective To explore the effect of the Pulmonary surfactant on the rat with Hyperoxic Lung Injury.Methods The rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: Hyperoxia group,PS group and normal air group;The malondialdehyde(MDA) level of lung tissue homogenate and the TNF-αlevel of the BALF were measured by the test;The pathologic changes of the each group were observed by HE Stain.Results The MDA level of lung homogenates and the TNF-αlevel of the BALF of PS group are significantly lower than that of Hyperoxia group;The pathologic changes of PS group were fewer than that of Hyperoxia group.Conclusion PS has certain effects on the rat with Hyperoxic Lung Injury.The mechanisms maybe related to its ability of antioxygenation.Read More
