Title: Clinical Research of Budesonide,Lidocaine Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide and lidocaine aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases).The control group received conventional basic treatment including oxygen,anti-inflammatory and aminophylline.The treatment group received the extra budesonide and lidocaine aerosol inhalation based on the conventional basic treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one treatment course.Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group with 18 cases of excellence,6 cases of effectiveness,4 cases of improvement and 2 cases of ineffectiveness.The total effective rate was 63.3% in the control group with 10 cases of excellence,7 cases of effectiveness,2 cases of improvement and 11 cases of ineffectiveness.The result of Ridit analysis showed that the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group(U = 2.3553,P 0.05).Conclusions It is much better and safer to use budesonide and lidocaine aerosol inhalation based on the conventional basic treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
