Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the factors affecting the quality of electron beam computed tomography angiography(EBA) of coronary artery.MethodsSixty-six cases received EBA of coronary artery,and then the image...ObjectiveTo explore the factors affecting the quality of electron beam computed tomography angiography(EBA) of coronary artery.MethodsSixty-six cases received EBA of coronary artery,and then the images were reconstructed using volume rendering(VR).The quality of reconstructed images of main branches of coronary artery in different phases was compared.ResultsFourteen cases failed to evaluate because of poor image quality,in which breath artifact was the main cause.Of the other 52 cases,the best displaying phases of right coronary artery(RCA),left main coronary artery(LMA),left anterial desending artery(LAD),and left circumflex coronary artery(LCX) were between 32%-54%,32%-62%,32%-62%,32%-38%,respectively.
