Title: Determination and clinical significance of plasma VEGF in patients with acute leukemia
Abstract: Objective To study the changes ant clinical significance of change and its clinical significance serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) detection and mitigation of disease in leukemia patients. Methods Totally 30 patients with acute leukemia as the observation group,18 healthy people as control group,enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) were detected in serum VEGF concentration. Results Serum VEGF concentrations in patients with acute leukemia was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P0.05),before chemotherapy, serum VEGF levels compared the control group and complete remission was significantly higher(P0.05),while the complete remission group and the control group, serum VEGF levels were not significantly different(P0.05),some of its recurrence in patients with recurrence of these changes. Conclusions The occurrence and development of acute leukemia and vascular endothelial growth factor levels are closely related.
