Title: Relationship Between Activity of Digestive Enzymes of Monopterus albus Inenw and Temperature
Abstract: The variation of activities of three digestive enzymes in Monopterus albus Inenw at different reactive temperature and different cultural temperature were reported. In the range from 20 ℃ to 45 ℃, the higher the reactive temperature was, the higher the activities of protease and amylase were. The activity raised faster for protease above 25 ℃. Above 45 ℃, activities of three digestive enzymes were decreased gradually. During the cultural period from 20 ℃ to 40 ℃, the higher the cultural temperature was, the higher the activities of three digestive enzymes, but there were some difference among them. The activity of lipase at neaclive temperature was lower than that at cultural temperature, the activity of protease was much lower than that at cultural temperature, but the activity of amylase was adverse.
