Title: Investigation and Analysis of Nursing Teaching under the New Regulation of Clinical Practice in Medical Education
Abstract: Objective:To explore the nursing teaching reform measures under the new regulation of clinical practice in medical education.Methods:Five clinical nursing cadet teachers and three college nursing teachers were interviewed,and 372 college nursing students were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire.Results:All teachers and students thought that nursing students would face a bigger challenge when they were practing in hospital under new regulation,of 372 students,89.25% students thought they would feel frustrated when being refused to practice by patients,95.43% students thought practice skills were extremly important if they wanted to successfully practice in patients,83.33% students thought communication skills were also very important,66.40% students thought that the clinical ability of thinking should be paid attention to.Conclusion:To face the challenge under the new regulations,more fund should be spent on nursing education for strengthening the nursing student's practice skills,training their clinical abilitie of thinking and improving their quality of humanities.
