Abstract:Objective To investigate the simultaneous purification of flavone glycosides and terpene lactones from Ginkgo biloba L.Leaves by macroporous adsorption resin.Methods Six types of resins were screened,...Objective To investigate the simultaneous purification of flavone glycosides and terpene lactones from Ginkgo biloba L.Leaves by macroporous adsorption resin.Methods Six types of resins were screened,including D101,X-5,S-8,D4020,HP-20 and AB-8,and the optimum sample size,eluting amount for removing impurities,the eluent′s concentration and amount of ethanol were optimized.Results D101 resin was suitable for the simultaneous purification of flavone glycosides and terpene lactones.The optimized conditions were as follows: the proportion of crude drug and resin was 1∶1,the volume of 20% ethanol was 5 BV,and the volume of 60% ethanol as the eluting agent was 4 BV.The purity of flavone glycosides and terpene lactones from purification were 24.93% and 7.36%,respectively.Conclusion D101 resin showed good comprehensive adsorption property,and it was suitable for the separation and purification of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE).Read More
