Title: Analysis and comparison of serum immune index in patients with rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus
Abstract: Objective To analyze and compare the serum immune index of rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythe matosus and to achieve an accurate diagnosis of these two kinds of autoimmune diseases. Methods 46 cases of RA patients were selected as RA group and 40 cases of SLE patients were selected as SLE group,30 cases of healthy persons as the control group, indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect the serum ANA,Western blot was used to detect the ENA polypeptide antibody and ds-DNA,the positive rate of variety of antibodies in RA group,SLE group and control group. Results In RA group, the positive rate of ANA was 37.0%,the positive rate of anti ds-DNA antibody was 13.0%,the positive rate of anti-ENA peptide antibody was 19.6%,positive rate by joint detection was 50.0%.In SLE group, the positive rate were 92.5%,70.0%,87.5% and 95.0% correspondingly. Conclusion Patients with autoimmune disease always have various auto antibodies, joint detection of ANA,anti ds-DNA and anti-ENA polypeptide antibody can improve the detec tion rate, they have the advantage of diagnosis of autoimmune diseases, also can avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
