Title: Extraction of Total Fiavonoids from Peanut Meal
Abstract: The total flavonoids in peanut meal were determined through ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as reference standard and ethanol as extracting liquid.The effective factors of ethanol concentration,temperature,treatment time and mass/volume ratio of solvent were studied through orthogonal tests L(934)on the basis of single factor test.The results suggested that the extraction had the best result under the conditions weight ration 1/50 (g/mL)of 50 % ethanol to peanut meal,temperature 90 ℃,time 3 hours.The average extraction rate was 1.60 mg/g.
