Abstract:Objective:To study the dynamic variation of incidence trend and epidemic characteristics of Japanese Encephalitis During 1965~2002.Methods:To analyse the data of Epidemic situation about Japanese Ence...Objective:To study the dynamic variation of incidence trend and epidemic characteristics of Japanese Encephalitis During 1965~2002.Methods:To analyse the data of Epidemic situation about Japanese Encephalitis during 1965~2002 in Chenzhou.The analysis were performed by SPSS version 10.0.Results:The difference in incidence was siginificant(χ~2=6191.36,P0.01)and the mean incidence rate was 6.46 per 100 000;Children aged 0~5 were major subjects attacked by Japanese Encephalitis,accounting for 79.34% of total cases.There was obvious seasonal variation in onset of Japanese Eniephalitis and 79.54% of all cases occurred in July and August.Conclusion:The inoculation of Japanese Encephalitis vaccine is an effective prophylaxis.The programmed immunization for children aged 0~5 should be strengthen.Read More
