Title: Preparation and characterization of molecularly imprinted polymers for selective recognition of tyramine
Abstract: The tyramine molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared in methanol solvent with tyramine as the template, acrylamide(AM)as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDGMA)as cross-linker,azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator. The UV spectrophotometry was used to analyze the interaction between tyramine and AM.The results showed that one tyramine was entrapped by one AM.Static equilibrium adsorption test and selective test were used to study the adsorption, selectivity and binding properties, moreover,Scachard model was used to study binding properties of these molecularly imprinted polymers. The results showed that the maximum apparent adsorption capacity and the equilibrium dissociation constant(KD)of this molecularly imprinted polymers(Qmax)were 248.33μmol/g and 1.76μmol/mL respectively.
