Title: Optimization of Ultrasound Extraction Technology of Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide and Study on Its Antioxidation Ability
Abstract: [Objective] The purpose was to optimized the technology condition of extracting Lycium barbarum polysaccharide by ultrasound technique and study the ability of antioxidation of polysaccharides.[Method] With Lingxia L.barbarum as the tested material,the polysaccharides was extracted from L.barbarum by ultrasound extraction method and the polysaccharide content was measured by spectrophotometry.The technology condition of extracting Lycium barbarum was optimized to confirm the optimum extraction technology through the orthogonal experiment and the reducing power of L.barbarum polysaccharide and the ability of eliminate the superoxide anion radical were studied.[Result] The orthogonal experiment showed that the extraction temperature had greatest effect on the extraction rate,followed by the solvent ratio and extraction times.The optimum extraction technology was as follows: the extraction temperature of 60 ℃,solvent ratio of 1∶30,extraction time of 40 min and the extraction times of 2 times,under which,the highest extraction rate was 14.48%.The polysaccharide had stronger antioxidant ability and could clear the active oxygen radicals produced by the chemical reactions.[Conclusion] The ultrasound extraction method could increase the yield of polysaccharides and had advantages of convenience operation,saving time,high efficiency and saving energy,etc.
