Title: Effect of Seeds Treated with Chemical on Microbe around the Root System in the Period of Wheat Seedling
Abstract: The effect of five seed treatment agents, which were tebuconazole, thiram, carbendazim, maifengling and maiwenling, on the microorganisms in wheat rhizosphere was studied. The results indicated that the agents had stronger restrained effect on rhizosphere fungi: Most of them restrained rhizosphere actinomycetes, but thiram could stimulate the actinomycetes. Seed treatment agents had no obvious inhibition to rhizosphere bacteria, but there were some differences of inhibition among the agents.
