The relative enzymatic activity of amylase was 75.79% when treated in 150 u/ml protease at 37 ℃ for 30 min. The thermostabilities of cellulase and amylase were tested and the results showed that amylase was more sensitive to high temperature than cellulase. The relative enzyme activity of amylase was 1.89% when treated in 100 ℃ water for 1 min. Effects of different metal ions on the activity of cellulase and amylase were tested and the results showed that activation effect on cellulase ranked in order was Cu2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Mn2+and Fe2+, the inhibition effect on cellulase ranked in order was Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Zn2+and Cu2+. Activation effect on amylase was not distinct and inhibition effect on amylase ranked in order was Fe2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Zn2+and Co2+. The research purpose was to provide a convenient reference for further research about enzyme applications to feed.Read More
