Title: Impacts of Jiawei Qingying Granules on AQP- 1 Expressions in Lung Tissue of the Rats with Acute Lung Injury
Abstract: Objective To explore the impacts of jiawei qingying granules on AQP- 1 expression in lung tissue of the rats with acute lung injury. Methods One hundred and forty- four clear- grade,male adult Wistar rats were randomized into a blank control group,a model control group,a low- dose jiawei qingying granules group( low dose group),a middle- dose jiawei qingying granules group( middle dose group),a high- dose jiawei qingying granules group( high dose group) and a dexamethasone group,24 cases in each one. Except the blank control group,the endotoxin was used to prepare acute lung injury rat models in the rest groups. In 1h,3h and 5h after modeling,the rats were sacrificed. IMC was adopted to observe AQP- 1 expression in lung tissue. Results AQP- 1 expression in each of jiawei qingying granules groups was different significantly as compared with that in the model group. The positive dose- effect correlation presented among jiawei qingying granules groups. The negative correlation presented between AQP- 1 expression and the duration of acute lung injury. Conclusion Jiawei qingying granules effectively improve AQP- 1 positive expression in lung tissue of the rats with acute lung injury and rectify water transportation disorder so as to protect lung tissue.
