Title: Small incision cataract operation : clinical analysis of 76 cases
Abstract: Objective To investigate the operation with small incision for cataract patients clinical treatment effect,to evaluate its clinical value.Methods In 2010 June-2011 year in December at our hospital for treatment of 86 cases of cataract patients,were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group were treated by small incision operation,the patients of control group were treated with traditional operation,two groups of patients with postoperative improvement in visual acuity and postoperative complications were compared.Results The treatment group patients after 1D and 7d improvement in visual acuity is better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P 0.05);the observation group and the control group of patients with postoperative complications do not have statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion The small incision operation for cataract patients with better treatment effect,and can effectively improve the patient's vision,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,it has good clinical application value.
