Title: Forceps delivery in improved cesarean section for delivery with high position fetal head
Abstract: Objective:To explore the application of forceps delivery in improved cesarean section.Methods:Randomly divided 100 cases with high posion fetal head into two groups.And treated observation group with forceps,control group with free hand delivery by prolonging incision and pressuring uterine bottom.Compared the fetal head delivery time,hemorrhage volumn during operation,and complication of newborn and puerpera.Results:The delivery time and incidence of complication were significantly different in observation group from control group(P0.05),while the difference of haemorrhage volumn was insignificant(P0.05).Conclusion:Forceps delivery can obviously reduce the delivery time,decrease the incidence of complication,and deserves clinic application.
