Title: Different time amlodipine non-dipper hypertensive patients blood pressure
Abstract: Objective To explore the different time amlodipine non-dipper hypertensive patients with circadian rhythm of blood. Methods By ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, select the 84 cases of non-dipper hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups:early morning medication group(n=42) and bedtime medication group(n=42),respectively,7:00~9:00 and 20:00~22:00 amlodipine 5 mg,12 weeks of continuous treatment.Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after administration were observed early morning medication group and bedtime medication on the circadian rhythm in non-dipper hypertensive patients. Results Morning medication group and bedtime medication group 24 h after treatment the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressures were significantly lower(P0.05),compared with early morning medication group before going to bed the treated group of night-time systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly(P0.05),and bedtime blood pressure medication group of non-dipper hypertensive model significantly improved in both groups were 16.7% and 47.6%(P0.01).Conclusion On the non-dipper hypertensive patients to take at bedtime amlodipine not only can effectively lower blood pressure, can also improve the abnormal circadian rhythm of blood,in order to better protect the target organ.
