Title: Clinical Value of Combinative Measure the Plasma Homocysteine and Lipoprotein(a) Levels in Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the relationship between plasma homocysteine(HCY),lipoprotein a and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The patients were chosen from our hospital that diagnosed as CHD according to international cardiology diagnostic criteria and were divided to three groups according to coronary angiography. The control group was from the medical center health;the age and gender were matched and comparable. The levels of HCY and LP(a) were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Measuring of HCY was used with cycle enzyme and LP(a) with immunoturbidimetric methods. Results The mean of item with patients was exceeded the normal control people and significant difference with statistics(P0.01).The levels of HCY and LP(a) were a positive correlated to the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusion The generation and development of coronary artery disease were correlated to the elevated levels of HCY and LP(a).The value of diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease can be elevated by combinative measuring of HCY and LP(a).
