Title: PKRP with Transurethral Nephroscope Pneumatic/Ultrasound Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Bladder Calculi with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Abstract: Objective To study the effective treatment for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)complicated with bladder calculi. Methods 35 cases of BPH with bladder calculi were treated with PKRP and Switzerland's third-generation pneumatic/ultrasound.Results The success rate of the operation was 100%,stone clearance rate of 100%.Not occurred transurethral resection syndrome, bladder perforation. All patients were followed up for 3~12 months,no stone recurrence,no urethral stricture. Conclusions PKRP combined transurethral nephroscope pneumatic/ultrasound lithotripsy can be an ideal way for the treatment of BPH combined with bladder calculi.
