Twenty four Duroc × large × Landrace piglets which head weaned at 35 days of age, body weight(2.35±0.24) kg, were divided into 3 groups randomly, each group had 2 repeats, each repeat had 4 piglets. Control group was fed the basal diet. In the experimental group, 0.3% and 0.4% herbal feed additives were added into diet. After weaning at 7 and 14 days, respectively, pigs were weighed and slaughtered sampling. The results showed that, from the perspective of the whole period of 1-14 days after weaning, compared with the control group, two groups of average daily gain increased, and the ratio of feed and meat and diarrhea rate has decreased. The seventh days after weaning, compared with the control group A, the total protease activity, amylase activity of jejunum and ileum of lipase activity of the test group in the jejunum were different degrees of improvement, and that were significantly different(P0.05). The result showed that adding different concentrations of herbal medicine feed additive haddifferent effectsonintestinal enzymeactivity of Hezuo piglets.Read More
