Title: Clinical Study of Supraventricular Tachycardia Treatment Using a Locally Made Esmolol
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the locally made Esmolol on supraventricular tachycardia treatment. Method Supraventricular tachycardia treatments on 63 patients using the locally made Esmolol were studied. Sinus rhythm, controlling the rate of ventricle and the changes in blood pressure were recorded. Results The efficacy of Esmolol was 76.2%, and the run in time was less than 5 minutes. The most frequent adverse effect of Esmolol observed during the study was hypotension, showing with the decrease of systolic blood pressure. Conclusion It is effective and safe of using the locally made Esmolol for the supraventricular tachycardia treatment.
