Title: Orthogonal experiment of optimizing preparation process on cydiodine
Abstract: In this experiment,stirring speed(A),stirring time on high temperature(B), total stirringtime(C),and β-cyclodextrin temerature on mixing time(D)as 4 factors, We optimized the preparation process in 3levels of above 4 factors based on Iodine content and qualified products iodine yield. The results show that,the best combination is A1B2C1D2, i.e., stirring speed 300 r· min-1, mixing time on high temperature 60 min,total mixing time 8h, mixing temeratrue 80 ℃. With this understanding, I% is 17.71% and qualified products iodine yield is 87.16%. By analysis of range we found that precedence ordering is, β- cyclodextrin temerature on mixing time(D) total mixing time(C) stirring speed(A) mixing time on high temperature(B).By analysis of variance we found that stirring speed(A) and β-cyclodextrin temerature on mixing time(D)were significant factors based on synthetic weighted index number, and we think that analysis of variance is more objective than analysis of range for comparing different processes.
