Title: Optimizing of Microwave-assisted Extracting Chlorogenic Acid from Maize Leaves
Abstract: Microwave-assisted extracting chlorogenic acid from maize(Zea mays L.) leaves was studied.The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was investigated with respect to mesh size,solid to liquid ratio,microwave time,microwave power and extraction frequency.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimal extraction conditions were mesh size 80,solid to liquid ratio 1∶30(g∶L),microwave time 50 s,microwave power 550 W.The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was 2.62 mg/g under the optimal condition.
