Title: Clinical Distribution and Drug Resistance Analysis on 232 Acinetobacter Baumannii
Abstract: Objective:To understand the clinical distribution of acinetobacter baumannii and change tendency of drug resistant spectrum so as to guide reasonable clinical prescription.Method:Patients' sputum, urine, blood and secretion were tested.Colonies identification and drug sensitivity test were performed by PHOENIX 100 automatic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity analyzer. The results were analyzed.Result:232 acinetobacter baumannii were detected, among them,185 cases(79.7%) were sputum specimens. The resistance rate was 20.7% against imipenem and more than 50% against other antibiotics. Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii presented multidrug resistance to antibiotics. We should timely prevent the dissemination of multiple antibiotic resistant strains and avoid the incidence of hospital infection so as to guide reasonable use of antibiotics.
