Title: The Measurement of the Expression Level of Tumor Metastasis-suppressor Genes Coding Protein in Peripheral Blood Cells of Patients with Malignant Carcinoma
Abstract: Objective To study the expression regularity of tumor metastasis-suppressor genes coding protein in peripheral blood cells from patients with malignant carcinoma. Methods The expression rates of nm23+,DCC+,p16+ and p53V+cells in peripheral blood of 173 patients with malignant carcinoma were measured by flow cytometry. Results The expression rates of nm23+,DCC+ and p16+cells in peripheral blood of patients with malignant carcinomas were lower than those of normal control groups with various distribution( P 0.01 or P 0.05),while the expression rate of p53V was significantly higher than the later ( P 0.01).The expression rete of nm 23+,DCC+,p16+cells of patients with metastasis were lower than those of patients without metastasis( P 0.01 or P 0.05),but the expression rate of P 53 V was contrary( P 0.01).Conclusion Malignant tumors may induce the abnormal expression of tumor metastaisis-suppressor gene in peripheral blood cells from patients with malignant tumor, which are closely related to tumor metastasis. The kinds of tumor metastais-suppressor gene expression are different according to the kinds of tumors.
