Title: Clinical analysis of 98 cases of early syphilis
Abstract: Objective:Recent year's clinical analysis of syphilis and medical effects for recovery. Methods:Carried out clinical and laboratory investigation for 98 cases from completed clinical information in the last 5 years. Results: ①In 21 cases for primary syphilis, 72 cases of secondary syphilis and 5 cases latent syphilis the serum PRR and FTA-ABS were all positive. After one year treatment, the ratio changed from positive to negative: RPR and FTA-ABS were 100% and 20.41% respetively. ②The clinical characteristic: One case was an aged male of 73 years old; two cases were various and simultaneous lesions and three cases were eczmatoid lesions on the scrotum. The miss diagnose rate was 7.14%. ③The treatments of 3 groups:A.Benzathini Benzylpenicillinum B.Ceftraxone Sodium. C.Erythromy cinum, A:B(P0.05);B:C (P0.05);C:A(P0.05).Conclusion: The age catching for syphilis disease has been increased in recent years and also increased in missing diagnose rate for complex and various skin damage. At present, Benzathini Benzylpenicillinum is still the first choice medicine for the treatment of syphilis and RPR test is an important parameter for clinical evaluation of treatment. Ceftraxone Sodium is also a good choice for the treatment.
