Title: Clinical Observation of Ultra- early Intervention of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction and acupuncture intervention during different periods. Methods: 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups,a control group,an ultra- early acupuncture group and a recovery acupuncture group. The treatment was for one month. The clinical neurologic impairment score standards and Barthel index( BI) score were used for evaluation before and after treatment. Observe and analyze changes in indicators and understand the clinical efficacy of different groups. Results: The result in two acupuncture groups had significant differences compared with that in the control group( P 0. 05),while the ultra- early acupuncture group was more significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion: Acute cerebral infarction was treated effectively by acupuncture treatment and the acupuncture therapy is appropriate at the ultra- early stage.
