Title: Cross-cultural Communication in International Business Negotiation
Abstract: Cross-national business communication is a special form of international cultural communication and follows the principles of cross-cultural communication.Meanwhile,it has its own features.This paper analyzes the features of international business negotiation with cross-cultural communication theory and points out the two decisive factors concerning international business negotiation: interests and cultural conflicts.The importance of these two factors is illustrated through the analysis of three business negotiation cases.Finally the paper concludes that in international business negotiation we should try to promote the business interests of both sides and reduce the influence of cultural conflicts.
