Title: Survey and Analysis of Nutrition Knowledge,Attitudes and Behavior among Food Professional Students of Xuzhou University in 2008
Abstract: [Objective]To ascertain the state of nutrition knowledge,attitudes and behavior of food professional students,provide reference for further nutrition education.[Methods]In May 2008,food professional students in Xuzhou Institute of University were investigated by a questionnaire.[Results]265 students of freshman and senior were investigated,nutritional knowledge score(out of 10) is(6.83±1.32),all believe that it is very important to have breakfast,harmful for health to drink,40.75% will change the existing dietary habits for health.77.74% have breakfast every day,46.42 percent have drinking regularly,31.70% smoke and so on.[Conclusion]Food professional students had positive nutrition attitudes so as rich knowledge about nutrition,but they had some unhealthy dietary behaviors.
