Title: Oxidation and antioxidant capacity of three high symptoms′ cerebrovascular diseases
Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship and mechanism of oxidation and antioxidant capacity between normal persons and cerebrovascular diseases patients who had suffered from hypertension, hyperlipemia or diabetes. Methods: Serum MDA and SOD of 125 patients suffering from hypertension, hyperlipemia or diabetes were tested to analyze the relationship between cerebrovascular diseases and the indicators, then compared with healthy control group. Results: Compared with healthy control group(CNⅠ) and no cerebrovascular diseases group(CNⅡ),the indicators of cerebral hemonhage group(CH) and cerebral infarction group(CI) were different. For CH and CI,MDA increased significantly(P0.05),SOD differed not much(P0.05),but SOD showed lessening tendency.MDA showed no significance between cerebral hemonhage and cerebral infarction patients(P0.05).Between patients with hypertension, hyperlipemia or diabetes and normal persons, each item was not different, but for the former,SOD was lower and MDA was higher. Conclusion: Serum SOD,MDA and its change may be reference to morbidity, diagnosis and observation of the diseases state.
