Title: The curative effect observation of monosialoganglioside in the treatment of traumatic nerve damage
Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical effect of traumatic nerve damage treated with monosialoganglioside. Methods:Choose 58 patients with traumatic nerve injury as the research object,from January 2011 to December 2011 in our hospital,and they were divided into observation group and control group,control group was used conventional conservative medication,the observation group was treated with monosialoganglioside on the basis of the control group;After six months follow-up statistics the curative effect of all of the patients. Results:In the treatment group,5 cases had special effect,8 cases were effective,11 cases appeared effect,5 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 82.76%;in the control group, 1 case had special effect,7 cases appeared effect,9 cases had marked effect,12 were invalid, total effective rate was 58.62% ,the chi-square test chi-squareχ2 = 4.0775,P =0.0435,P 0.05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion:Traumatic nerve injury treated with monosialoganglioside on the basis of regular medicine conservative treatment can obviously improve efficiency of the treatment,which has a remarkable clinical effect.
