Title: The Diagnostic Value of 64-slice Multislice Computed Tomography Angiography for Vascular Liver Diseases
Abstract: AIM:This study is to assess the diagnostic value of 64-slice multislice computed tomography(MSCT) angiography for vascular liver diseases.METHODS: Twenty-nine patients with a preliminary suspected diagnosis of vascular liver diseases were examined by 64-slice MSCT angiography. The preliminary data were processed and analyzed using various methods, including volume-rendered(VR) reconstruction, maximum intensity projection(MIP),multiplanar reformation(MPR),and curved multiplanar reformation(CPR).The diagnostic value of 64-slice MSCT angiography for vascular liver diseases was assessed based on these analyses.RESULTS: The portal vein, hepatic vein, and hepatic artery were clearly detected by the 64-slice MSCT angiography in twenty-nine patients.CONCLUSION: 64-slice MSCT angiography has an important diagnostic value for vascular liver diseases.
