Title: Aripiprazole,Risperidone and Chlorpromazine on the efficacy and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia
Abstract: Objective:To study the Aripiprazole,Risperidone and Chlorpromazine on the clinical efficacy of schizophrenic patients to analyze their influence on cognitive function.Methods:A hospital from August in 2009 to August 2011 were confirmed by the CCMD-3,118 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into 40 cases of the Aripiprazole group,40 cases of Risperidone group and 38 cases of chlorpromazine group,118 patients treated after eight weeks to determine the clinical efficacy and cognitive function.Results: Three groups of patients before and after treatment PANSS total scores and sub-project score differences were not statistically significant(P0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,Aripiprazole group and Risperidone group with the WMS,MMSE and WCST of the project score were significantly improved(P0.01) before treatment,each item in the chlorpromazine group before and after treatment was no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusions: Aripiprazole,Risperidone and Chlorpromazine with schizophrenia is considerable efficacy,Aripiprazole and Risperidone in improving the cognitive function of patients are better than chlorpromazine(invalid),and A legislation Prazosin adverse reactions are less worthy of further research and application.
