Title: Clinical analysis of transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy and retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy
Abstract: Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and application effect of transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy and retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Methods 80 patients with upper ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and divided into the ureteroscope group and the retroperitoneal group. The ureteroscope group was treated with transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy, and the retroperitoneal laparoscopic group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. The treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results Compared with the retroperitoneal group, there was a statistical difference of the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, ambulation time after operation and length of stay of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic group(P0.05);the success rate of operation, disposable stone clearance of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic group was higher than those in the ureteroscope group, the incidence rate of postoperative complication of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic group was evidently lower than those of the ureteroscope group(P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy, retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy has no advantage for operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount and length of stay after operation, but it has advantages for success rate of operation, disposable stone clearance and postoperative complications, which can be used as the best choice of treating ureteral calculus.
