Title: Clinical Observation of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Local Anesthesia in Treatment of Solitary Kidney Calculi
Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy under local anesthesia in treatment of solitary kidney calculi.Methods Ten patients with solitary kidney calculi underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy under local anesthesia.Results The average unilateral operation time was 45 min,average intraoperative blood loss volum was about 100 ml,and average hospital stay was 10 days.Achievement ratio of macadam and total completely took stone rate were both 100%,and there was no complication.Conclusion The method of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of solitary kidney calculi is safe,economic,less invasion and effective.
