Title: Aerodynamic Performance of the Vertical Axis Wind Turbine on Wind Speed
Abstract: Without regard to loss of rod and shaft,as well as the impact of tip,using Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and k-ω SST turbulence model,straight blade vertical axis wind turbine for two-dimensional is simulated.Considering the wind wheel to flow at different wind speed,the three-blade and five-blade wind turns the field distribution and pressure field distribution of the similarities and differences.The aim is to provide a good orientation for the follow-up study.
