Title: Effect of Glimepiride and Miglitol in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract: Objective Observe the clinical effect of glimepiride combined with miglitol in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Choose 80 cases from Aug.2010 to Jul.2012 in our hospital as study object,were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and observation group of 40 cases,two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,change,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the.Results After 12 weeks treatment,the patients in the observation group were FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c levels were compared with the control group decreased significantly,there is a statistically significant difference(P0.05).Adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during treatment rate comparison,no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Glimepiride combined with miglitol efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is exact,blood sugar stable,good safety.
