Title: Improvement of Living Ability of Patients with Acute Stroke with Early Rehabilitation
Abstract: Objective To observe the effect on the living ability of acute stroke patients with early rehabilitation.Methods 146 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Early rehabilitation group consisted of 76 patients and were nursed with rehabilitation method.Control group had 70 patients who were instructed to rehabilitate only once.The two groups were assessed by the modified Barthel index(MBI).Results The scores of the MBI demonstrated: there were no difference between two groups before treatment(P 0.05),improved significantly(P 0.01)between pretraining and posttraining in the two groups,but the degree of improvement in the early rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation could facilitate the recovery of living ability.
