Title: Comparative study of ultrasonic elastography and color doppler in the differential diagnosis of breast tumors
Abstract: Object: To compare the UE and CDFI in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast neoplasms. Methods: 40 cases of mammary gland disease,a total of 81 nodules,were separately detected by ultrasound elasticity imaging and doppler ultrasound examination. These two methods in the diagnosis of breast lumps of benign and malignant accuracy were compared with histological diagnosis as golden standards. Results:Totally 81 breast lesions were detected in 40 patients,19 were malignant and 62 were benign. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CDFI and UE was 73. 7%,72. 6%,72. 8% and 84. 2%,91. 9%,90. 1%,respectively.The specificity and accuracy of elastography were significantly better than those of CDFI( all P 0. 05).Conclusion: The diagnostic performance of UE is better than that of CDFI in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
