Title: Empirical Analysis on Students' Core Vocational Skills of Higher Vocational and Technical Teachers' College
Abstract: According to the characteristics of higher vocational and technical teacher education, this paper defined its students' core skills and constructed the corresponding analysis model for students' core vocational skills by the means of questionnaire. The model is consisted of 3 skill levels of key core vocational skills, middle core vocational skills and functional core vocational skills and 12 abilities. To effectively promote the cultivation of the abilities, it is vital to launch the reform in course system design, theoretic teaching, practice teaching, studetns' extracurricular activities, etc.
