Title: Expreressions of C-erbB - 2 and EGFR,p53,ER in Breast Cancer and Their Clinical Significance
Abstract: Objective To explore expressions of C - erbB - 2 and EGFR, p53, ER in the breast cancer and their clinical significance. Methed The expressions of C - erbB - 2 and EGFR, p53, ER were measured by immunollistochemical assay in 108 cases of breast cancer. Results Positive expression rates of C- erbB-2 and EGFR,p53,ER were 37.0% ,40.7% ,39.8% ,and 53.7% respectively. The expression of C- erbB -2 was not correlated with EGFR,correlated positively with p53 ( P 0.05) and negatively with ER ( P 0.05) .The expressions of C - erbB -2 and EGFR.ER were correlated with the histological grades of the breast cancer ( P0.05). The expressions of C- erbB - 2 and EGFR, p53,ER were correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P 0.05),but not with histological types, age and tumor size ( P 0 .05 ) .Conclution The expreressions of C- erbB- 2,EGFR,p53 and ER in the breast cancer play a certain role in judging prognosis and guiding clinical treatment.
