Title: Experimental Study on Pleurotus geesteranus Cultivated by the South Advantage Resource
Abstract: Selection of cassava stalk chip, cassava peel, corncob, bagasse, other southern mulberry sawdust and the amount of cottonseed shell as planting material in the clinker, comparison test on bag cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus were studied,in order to investigate feasibility and appropriate proportion by using cassava stalk chip and cottonseed hull, and to analysis the biological conversion rate, economic benefit. The results showed that cassava rod cutting had a features of good water Absorption, and cassava peel with good ventilation, which were mixed with corn cob, mulberry sawdust and cottonseed hull after reasonable collocation, the growth of mycelium and nutritional requirements of Pleurotus ostreatus can be meet. The better formula was formula C,and their biological conversion rate was 64.70%.The input-output ratio was 1∶2.44.Mulberry sawdust instead of cottonseed shell to cultivate Pleurotus geesteranus was feasible.
