The top beam of hydraulic support was parameterized by modeling using ANSYS Workbench,and multi-operated optimization designwas conducted for its various operating conditions. The results showed that the optimization results met the design requirements,and lightweight was achieved. The top beam in the three different conditions met both the stiffness and strength requirements,and the mass was reduced by 10. 4%,9. 59%,4. 26%,respectively. Based on the above study,static analysis was carried out for the top beam under the multiple operation conditions,to inspect the optimization effects. The maximum equivalent stress of the top beam structure tended to become smaller,and the stress distribution became more reasonable.Read More
