Title: Clinical study of xerophthalmia treated by sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with fluorometholone eye drops
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the xerophthalmia treated by the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with the fluorometholone eye drops.Methods:139 patients(196 eyes) with xerophthalmia were divided into two groups randomly,one was the observation group,included 70 cases(98 eyes),the other was the control group,included 69 cases(98 eyes).The patients of control group were given the sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the patients of observation group were given the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with the fluorometholone eye drops,then the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was 81.63%,100.00%,both were higher than the 36.73%,85.71% of the control group,which showed significant differences(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the xerophthalmia treated by the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with the fluorometholone eye drops is exact,it is worth to be popularizing.
